Overview

A machine not freezing correctly can be caused by many different things. In order to narrow down the problem there are a couple of things you can do which can give you a much better idea of what is going on with the machine.

First, look at the temperature display on the side of the machine. This can be found on the same side of the machine as the switches. There will be a number with a dot below it indicating which tank this is the temperature for.

Problems that cause the machine not to freeze correctly vary depending on what temperature the machine is reaching.
